1.Cut onions, red bell peppers and fish cakes into shreds. Cut onions into slices. PS: Carrots can be used instead of red peppers.
2.Place the fish cake in a sieve, over hot water, and drain the water from the fish cake.
3.In a bowl, put 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon sugar, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1/2 spoon garlic powder, a proper amount of pepper, and mix to make seasoning sauce.
4.Pour a little oil into the pan, add fish cakes, stir-fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes, then stir-fry with chili peppers and onions.
5.After the onion becomes transparent, put in the sauce, stir-fry the onion, and finally put in the appropriate amount of fragrant oil, sprinkle with sesame, finish.
