1.Prepare ginger slices, garlic slices, onion slices, red pepper cut into circles
2.Pour shrimp in clear water and soak for 30 minutes.
3.Pour oil into the pan, pour in garlic, ginger slices, stir-fry over high heat.
4.Pour in shrimps, stir-fry over medium heat until discolored.
